Return Policy

Nipol Return Policy

At Nipol, we strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations. However, if you wish to return a purchased item, you have the right to do so in accordance with applicable distance-selling regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act (Poland, 30 May 2014), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the shipment.

To exercise this right, please inform us of your decision through a clear statement, e.g., an email sent to:

You may use the withdrawal form (available below), but it is not mandatory.

2. Return Conditions

  • The product must be new, unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns are not accepted for personalized items, custom-made products, or opened hygiene products (if originally sealed).

  • The customer must return the product within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal.

3. Return Costs

  • Return shipping to Japan is paid by the buyer.

  • Nipol does not accept cash-on-delivery returns.

  • In case of a justified complaint (e.g., defective product), return shipping costs may be reimbursed after evaluation.

4. Return Address

Please contact us to receive the return address.
Include the note: “RETURN” with your package.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of shipment (whichever comes first).

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional shipping costs (e.g., express shipping) are non-refundable.

6. Complaints and Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

  • Attach photos of the damage and your order number.

  • After a successful complaint review, we will propose: replacement, repair, refund, or partial refund.
